Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms together with your quotation, itinerary and booking confirmation before making a booking.
- Booking confirmation: An enquiry or booking request does not guarantee availability. Your booking is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation and receive the payment specified in your quotation.
- Prices and inclusions: Your quotation and confirmed itinerary state the price, currency, travel dates, accommodation, meals, transport and services included. Optional activities, personal expenses and any exclusions will be stated before you confirm.
- Payments: The deposit, balance and payment deadlines are stated in your quotation or invoice. Pay only through our confirmed payment channels and retain your receipt. Contact us promptly if you cannot meet a payment deadline.
- Traveller details and documents: Provide accurate names matching your passport and check all booking details promptly. You are responsible for meeting the passport validity, visa, entry, transit and health requirements applicable to your journey. Visa and entry decisions are made by the relevant authorities and cannot be guaranteed.
- Changes requested by you: Request changes in writing as soon as possible. Name changes, date changes and transfers depend on availability and supplier rules. We will explain any additional charges for your agreement before proceeding.
- Cancellations and refunds: Submit cancellation requests in writing. The cancellation schedule, supplier charges and refund conditions applicable to your package will be provided before booking. We will explain any deductions and the estimated processing time; refunds remain subject to applicable law.
- Changes or cancellations by us: Flights, hotels, transport and itineraries may be affected by operational issues or events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather and government restrictions. We will inform you of material changes promptly and explain available alternatives and any refund entitlement under your booking terms and applicable law.
- Umrah arrangements: Umrah travel is subject to the permits, visa conditions and requirements of the relevant authorities. Access to religious sites and visit schedules may change. We will communicate confirmed requirements and material changes as they become available.
- Travel insurance and assistance: We recommend suitable travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellation and disruption. Check whether insurance is included in your package and review its benefits, exclusions and claim procedure. Tell us about accessibility or assistance needs before booking so arrangements can be discussed.
- Traveller responsibilities: Follow local laws, safety instructions and reasonable guidance from tour leaders. Arrive on time for departures, safeguard your belongings and travel documents, and disclose relevant dietary or assistance requirements when booking.
- Service concerns: Tell your tour leader or our team promptly about any problem so we can help during your trip. Keep booking references, receipts and supporting records when making a complaint. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Personal information: We use booking information to arrange and support your journey and share necessary details with relevant service providers and authorities for that purpose, subject to applicable data protection requirements.
- Applicable terms and law: These terms and the package-specific terms disclosed and agreed at booking apply to your reservation, subject to Malaysian law and any other mandatory protections.
